Peel fixtures are designed for use with universal testing machines to evaluate the strength and performance of adhesive bonds, laminates, films, tapes, foils, and other bonded materials. The fixtures securely position the specimen and maintain the required peel angle while the testing machine applies a controlled tensile force.

Different fixture configurations accommodate common peel test methods, including 90°, 180°, and adjustable angle peel testing. Depending on the design, the fixture may incorporate a moving sled, rollers, bearings, or other mechanisms to maintain consistent specimen alignment and peel geometry throughout the test.

When paired with the appropriate tensile grip and universal testing machine, peel fixtures enable accurate measurement of peak force, average peel force, and peel strength per unit width, providing repeatable results for adhesive and bonded-material evaluation.

Peel fixtures are available in a range of configurations to accommodate different specimen dimensions, materials, peel angles, and testing requirements.

Peel test fixtures are designed to evaluate peel properties including initial peak force, average peel force, and peel strength, typically expressed as force per unit width of the specimen.
